How many miles, can you hook up a club member discount?

I dont know the mileage on the body but believe it's in the 150,000 mile range, engine has under 100,000, maybe as low as 60,000. Previous owner burned up engine, my buddy bought car and bought used engine for it. His brother-in-law who has a shop in Haltom City put the replacement engine in and tested it. The interior is clean and body is ok for a 2003, nice factory alloy wheel and has all the bells and whistles except for nav. (not even sure they offered it back then). I think he will take $3000 for it but I never said that, wink wink
