Jeeeeeeeze, so sorry to hear :-\ Have you heard back from your cardiologist? Has any of the doctors that are working with you ordered a full blood panel and shared the results with you?

Hey guys and gals! After many tests and arguments with my insurance I finally have my answer. My heart is ok. It turns out I have some major anxiety that is causing these problems. I have an appointment with my primary doctor to address this, at that point I expect that I'll be put on medication. So, I'm not going to die from my heart exploding. I'm so happy right now!

Wonderful news. I'll give you my best free "anxiety" advice...don't sweat the small stuff, and it's all small stuff. :)

I find that the answer to most any ailment I have is to twist the throttle a little more.

Yes, that works, but I have also managed to create a little anxiety when doing that.

I wish it was that easy. The last ride I took my heart rate was up to 140 bpm while relaxing and listening to chill music. There was almost no traffic and it was 80 degrees out.

Very sorry to hear. I hope you will work with a therapist to help you begin addressing, conquering and removing those things that are causing you anxiety and stress. Pills are just a mild place holder, they numb the symptoms of being in distress. It doesn't mean you shouldn't follow a treatment plan that includes medication, it means don't let your doctors keep you drugged forever and not address the core of the issues (it takes talking and soul searching, not medication to do this). Ultimately to free yourself from the chains of anxiety, it takes big change. Some of it will be huge, but so worth it; you deserve to let yourself be anxiety free and happy. If not, you are setting yourself up for depression. Don't do it. If you're already there, it's never to late to get the hell out of there. Don't mean to get heavy or deep, I just happen to genuinely care for the well being of others. Best wishes. :icon_peace!:

Have you considered switching to a Triumph? You're automatically just a cooler person when you own one, which translates to being more chilled out. :SideSplittingLaughter:

No no no good sir, this is horrible advice! I think he wants to rid himself of stress, a Triumph would only make it worse; what with JB Weld, duct tape, run/push starts (that fail) and jump starts from cages. ;-)

Don't you love the way as you move from facility to facility, and doctor to doctor, they test and retest over and over. Cha-ching!

Being able to ride and do things like normal people. To me that's normal. If I'm a weirdo that's fine. As long as I can feel normal again. ;)
