I'd like to go, but since the SV is eating oil I'm not sure if it's a good idea to track it before that is fixed unless I just keep a watchful eye on the oil level all day.

You can always email randy and ask to be put on a wait list. Someone always cancels a few days before.

The website says they don't do that anymore. The following is from the website:

"Selling Out/Stand-By List Information

RideSmart realizes that trackdays are very popular and sometimes sell out before you are able to secure a spot.

If the event shows full, in the event of a cancellation we will place the spots back into the registration database and the event will again show spots available. You should check back to this website frequently if you are hoping to secure a spot. We do not reserve or hold spots any longer.

Please, do not sign up for a different level in the hopes that you can be moved.

If you arrive at an event and it is full, you can be placed on a "Stand-By" list. After the rider's meeting, we will fill any no-show spots with those on the stand-by list. We cannot guarantee that by being on the stand-by list you will be able to secure a spot."

Being that I was on call until midnight on sunday I'm glad I couldn't make it. Got slammed and got very little sleep. I'd love to make the one in November, but I think I'm going to be in North Carolina that weekend because it's thanksgiving weekend.
