2003 SV1000, 17k miles, he's currently asking $3200 and still looking for an offer. The naked model has lower footpegs and higher bars then the 'S' model... so a bit more comfy, but still handles great.

I really wish I could but I just got a $1200 bill from my attorney. Happiness is expensive. Thanks for letting me know though!!

It's giving me a headache. I like this and that and can't decide but, after getting a bill from my attorney, I can't afford anything right now. Hopefully the lottery will be good to me tonight. :SideSplittingLaughter:

In case the lottery didn't hit tonight, just keep looking and learning. This group can offer up a lot of good options from which you will learn a little each time someone chimes in.

Keep telling yourself that the recent hit to your economy is only temporary and use the extra time to find what you're really after. From there, let the guys do your searching and finding you the perfect bike for now. Remember, with the right purchase, you can always ride it for a year and then sell it to move up without really loosing any money in the process. Good luck with your search and stay tuned to this same Bat channel.

I could be the winner but haven't checked yet (wishful dreaming). I know that I'll know when it is the right time and the right bike. It's almost like trying to find a man. It's just as stressful. I'm hoping the motorcycle show will help with the decision.

Please Matt, can we leave the sheep out of the conversation this time? I know you have your vices, but we don't need to hear about them!

Not likely, it'll just make you want a bike even more, and most likely more than one. ha! This bike for this type of riding, that bike for that type of riding, etc. etc. :D

I actually just heard about that today. BUT I would rather get a used Ninja 250, something I can drop and won't cry.

I do have to say thanks to everyone last night. After listening to everyone, and taking it all in, I have now decided to go with the Ninja 250. Let me know what you see out there. I'll be looking too.

You're going to the motorcycle show to try to find a man?? :HeadScratch: After meeting you and talking a while, I think you'll be happier with a SportBike type of man than a Cruiser type of man. Go for the high horsepower, high revving, high speed, thrill a minute type ride .... GO, CHRISTY! :SideSplittingLaughter:
