--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I had a great bunch of students in L1, and had a blast all day... One student on an SV650 was really flying and making huge improvements! His lines, body position, corner speed... all *perfect*. He was passing 1ks by letting them get ahead going into a corner and getting a run on them and carrying that speed all the way through the corner, into the exit, making the pass, and getting the lead into the next corner.

When he got black flagged in the afternoon, I thought for sure it was both of us getting in trouble for passing everyone, so I came in with him to get my lashes... but nope... SMOOTHEST RIDER!!!! WOOT!

I like instructing at Cresson because I get an opportunity to touch each student much more than I can on longer tracks. We identify areas to improve sooner, and I think it works well. It's a great teaching track.

Looking forward to next year...

Considering that Striple had been chasing me when he got black flagged, I'm going to take that as an indirect compliment. :D

That session was awesome, I managed to get in a spot with no traffic and just run nice and fast. I saw the corner worker walking out with the black flag but I didn't get pointed at, so I figured it was ok.

Thanks guys!

I had a killer weekend, and Saturday at MSRC was easily my best track day to date. It was a bit slick in the first couple of sessions, but after that the track came in pretty quickly. By lunch time, it was all in. I worked on lines and smoothness in the morning, and then on adding a bit of speed in the afternoon. I never got passed all day, and learned a lot about making safe passes. Everything just felt right. When I got black flagged, I was definitely surprised, and even more so when I found out why.

Excited about riding level duce next season!

Congrats Striple!!!

Who is going to ride Level 1 with Blizz and me next season? I think Bailout needs to bring the bike (but he would prolly be Level 2 too).

Telomere, as of right now I'm still planning on doing Lvl 1 till they tell me to move up or I get a dedicated track bike...whichever comes first :)

If i can get my shit together next year and stay out of the hospital I'll be doing a few track days in lvl1 just to get back to where I used to be.
Random stuff I say:
Women are like square roots, if they're under 17 you just have to do them in your head.

What would you be if you were attached to another object by an incline plane, wrapped helicly around an axis?
