Sorry, got stuck at the office rebuilding my work laptop so I only had my phone and I didn't have a good connection. I was lucky to get that one word posted. Win7 DOES NOT run Oracle! At least the version I need.

The reason was dismissed was that the cop didn't submit the paperwork to the court. That is the one and only reason it could get dismissed. The first court date wasn't until April 4, but he had to have the paperwork in this week. Guess he didn't submit it.
