I need to call Dave back. I was waiting to see if we heard from anybody else on the list. I don't want to keep calling him back asking for one more code.
Re: Opportunity for First timers - July 28th
Is there any code I will need to register for Saturday?

I really hope that more than two people are going to take advantage of this. It is an excellent deal, and a great opportunity to do a first track day. It is really disappointing that only two of six interested parties have decided to register.

Miles, the thought of you in the role of a guiding father figure amuses me. Don't worry about Steven -- he dodged a bullet, and is going to be just fine!

Re: Opportunity for First timers - July 28th
I have completed my first track day and waited 24 hours from the time I left Motor Sports Ranch Cresson to write this overview of the weekend events.
I would like to say Thank You to Motor Sports Ranch Cresson for allowing events like this to take place. The facilities and the track are top shelf. I look forward to participating in other events at this track.
I would like to say Thank You to Ride Smart. This organization is fantastic. My barometer for rating classes that I take is the amount of notes that I take during class time and the following day. If I take a lot of notes that means the information I am hearing is educational, relevant, current and interesting. The class time provided me with all four items (Needless to say I took a lot of notes) I would also like to say Thank You again to Clint Summers. His presentation on body position when turning was great. I look forward to working with him again in the future. The time on the track was beyond my expectations. The time that was taken to mark the track with the preferred line was a challenge I look forward to pursuing in the future. I spent time early this morning marking a copy of the track map with those marks. I would finally like to thank all of the Ride Smart Staff and the corner workers. Every one did a fantastic job and made my first track day experience a memorable and educational experience.
Finally I would like to Thank Fort Worth Motor Cycle Riders. This group has helped me to realize that I can get back on a sport bike 25 years later and have fun. I really enjoyed the time between sessions when conversation about the track and techniques used to ride were being discussed. This club has safety, direction and focus. These qualities are extremely important to me and they also have Fun.
I will be back ready to learn how to ride Smart, Safe and Fast using three organizations, Motor Sports Ranch Cresson, Ride Smart and Fort Worth Motorcycle Riders.

Fish, I hope you don't mind but I passed your comments along to Dave Wonders (the guy that runs RideSmart). He loves hearing feedback like that. I know I'm glad you had such a great experience, and I'm sure he'll be happy to hear that the discount he gave us led to such a positive experience for you.

Thank you. I am going to send it to Ride Smart and MSRC also. I also posted this overview on Motodfw last night.
