Yeah, sometimes it just takes a few visits for everybody to warm up to you, and you to warm up to everybody. It was the same for me when I started.

Plus this is the only time a lot of us see each other, so it's easy for members to get wrapped up in conversations with each other. That happens to me pretty much every week.
