I wanna go so bad, but I just got off the road when its 104 out wearing mesh and it was bad, I may leather up and spin around the block a few times just to see how I handle the heat.

Get a cooling vest. I'll be wearing mine on the track. In fact I'll probably be bringing a cooler just for the purpose of people soaking their vests between sessions.

Edit: And if you are going to go, buy Grinner's credit and use that. You'll save $30 and help a brother get his bike back on the road.

Once the ambient temp is above that of your body, mesh becomes a liability, as the air moving across you is heating you up. Go into 'desert mode'. Create an insulating layer and keep your core temp down.

Well I found out I can get just the busted pieces of my rearset replaced, but it's going to be 7-10 days for them to come from Europe after they send me an invoice so I can pay for them. Hopefully they'll be here in time, otherwise I'll be squished up on my stock pegs. But I'll be there either way.
