I have to change my screen name - I finally sold my RC30.
After 23 years of ownership which included 4 engine rebuilds, hundreds of track days, a recent restoration from crankshaft to paint, and even being complimented by my hero Kevin Cameron in Cycle World online:

its finally going to a new owner back in Australia.
It turned out to be the best purchase ever. It was a good investment that was fun to own. The recent restoration cost as much as a REALLY good track bike, but I'm still making a huge profit from the sale.
Time to shop for an upgrade. I'm currently looking at a 2017 RSV4 RF and an RV to haul it in.
Also, I'm now single. Does anyone need a roommate? I can provide all the free mechanical work you can dream of in exchange for garage space for my tools.
Yay for me, i can go to bike nights now!!

I have a basement that is next to empty if you wanna move to Illinois. The garage has room for bikes but bikes and tools are all that's allowed lol.
