Ty Howard School.....racers only?

I noticed that Ridesmart offers the Ty Howard Race School. Is this school only for experienced racers, or is it a track day school? I noticed that Lone Star offers both a track school and a race school.

The Ty school is the Level 3 group of a typical Ride Smart day. It's geared more towards good/fast riders that are wanting the more one on one training and/or looking into actually racing.
