I'm planning at the moment to do the CMRA racing class with Lone Star Track Days on Feb 22nd (Friday) over at Oak Hill, weather permitting. I know it's early in the season but hopefully we'll have some decent weather that weekend.
The races are that Saturday and Sunday, and I'm planning on getting half of my corner working out of the way. Is anyone else interested in going? My bike could use a ride on Friday, and I will be happy to cover the gas.

Have you talked to Barry Nichols yet? He is head of the corner workers. You probably have to get your Prov Nov license before you can schedule to work. I know that you can race on Sunday though. You can sign up that Friday after you get your license. Call me and I can help you through the BS.

Yeah I emailed Barry back and forth, he said if I do the school on Friday then I can get all the necessary paperwork by Saturday morning, and knock out all my cornerworking this weekend while it's too cold for me to feel comfortable racing. So I'm pretty much all set.
I'll try and give you a ring tomorrow, are you planning on going out there at all this weekend?
