Bike Night - Thursday 28th.

Post by U-Turn » Tue Aug 26, 2008 9:39 am

Be there, or be square.

" be there or be square "
A square being a nerd, geek, dork...un-hip, un-cool, unpopular, not with-it, etc. ...sort of person..."be there or be square" means about the same as "everyone who is anyone will be there", which is to say if you're not there you're nobody.

Prom? Really? I'd love to be your date for prom! (Sorry, that was just what I expected to see as I was reading it)

The meaning of life is good sex and a fast motorcycle. I would combine the two, but I would end up wheelie-ing the girl and spooging on my bike.

Fun time last night and the ride home was actually rather comfortable. Good to see everyone out there and I hope the new comers enjoyed themselves.

F&H did a great job (thanks Kim and Lacey). The food started early in smaller portions and continued being refreshed throughout the evening. Can't believe Matt made it out there after having his arm operated on in the afternoon ... well, at least he didn't RIDE there. :-)

I had a good time as well - thanks for everyone's hospitality and making newcomers feel like old friends :)

Good news - finally closed on the condo downtown on friday! WooHoo! So once i get a couple of chairs and a few cases of brew in the fridge, I will let you guys know so that we can get together.

Hope everyone made it home safely... enjoy your Labor Day weekend!
