V - corner working a Ridesmart track day is paid in a free track day credit. No experience necessary, and flags are provided. Next time you are here, you can DEFINATELY work the corner (hehehe)

Steph and I are going to try and swing around Sunday afternoonish... Hope everyone has a great time, just remember to get out there, have fun, but be safe. Hopefully in the next month or so I'll be joining my brethren back on the track after an almost 3-year hiatus!

I'll leave my trailer in a good spot saturday night when I leave so we'll have a big spot reserved for Sunday when I move it out of the way. For those who don't know it, look for a utility trailer with white plywood sides, a silver tarp roof and California registration.

I'll be trucking it up, leaving home around 6, should be there around 7:30

Just checked out google maps, the sat view has updated photos that were taken during a trackday. You can actually see cars on the track. Pretty cool.

Trailer is loaded, car is mostly packed, just need to pull the gatorade out of the fridge in the morning and get myself dressed and ready to go.

Oh, and I'm bringing 2 heavy-duty camp chairs. I get one, you all can fight over the other.

Today was fantastic. Heres where my trailer is parked:

I'll move the trailer as soon as I get there to make room for the EZ-Up.
Today was booked out - sunday is expected to be full too so parking will be at a premium.

Holy crap, that was a blast! I'm gonna be pretty much useless tomorrow, but that was well worth it. Glad to see everyone out there, and thanks to Grinner for working the corner and for not giving me too much shit for blowing the checkered flag.

Nah, I was just concentrated on the last turn and forgot that you cannot completely take that turn if you want to head back to the pits. By the time I was done with the turn, it was too late. Oops

YES, this is the way to look at it.

Just like having to take a dump before you leave for work, just wait and do it there, you get free toilet paper and you get paid for your sit time.

I'm not as sore as I thought I was gonna be, maybe it'll hit me tomorrow but I'm moving slower and I'm sleepy. Worst problem is when I try to look at my e-mail I see turn 9 instead of words.
