I told him that he should have changed the challenge but NOOOO...he insisted on going to get those dang beetles! And yes, I was a little (more than a little but I got over it after like 10 minutes) when we got up there and you had just posted a new challenge. I told him that is what he gets for trying to get a challenge that was not met after the deadline!!!! Oh well..I know where a giant metal spider is here in Tx but is there one between here and your current location?

Well, you may follow the rules but Rhino does not. He broke 1 of the rules so all photos and challenges posted since your post on Saturday are null and void and your challenge of your bike with a giant metal spider in the background still stands and has not yet been met. The two rules Rhino broke are as follows:
5- Pictures must be taken OFF of the bike.
Since the rules were broken and not followed there are no disputes about the pictures.

No, I think if you you re-read the rule it just says the photo must be taken from off the bike, it does not say the owner of the bike can not be on the bike so Dave's photo is good and the challenges after stand.

The rules state:

5- Pictures must be taken OFF of the bike.

In my interpretation that means you have to be off the bike when the picture is taken. Which would make sense so you would not have challanges like your bike doing a wheelie or stoppie or whatever and therefore make the game safer. I do however see where this would be a rule that is up for debate as it does not say specifically the rider has to be off the bike (even if I do think it is obvious).
