I'll look around for some modules or web parts that are really built for tracking these things.

Ok how about this, a mix

It is possible to link from your signature, directly to your post in a thread, so your signature can link directly to your "post" in the achievements thread, easy enough.

You can edit your own post over and over to track your progress, you can link in the smaller icons for everyone you acheive or just link in the bigger one it doesn't matter.

At the bottom of the main page I can run a summary from time to time manually, its not like there are 200 of us.

The bitch of it is, in my mind I could architect this on a napkin in 10 mintutes, simple requirements, php site with a database, but I'm not a coder :-)

I'll post up an example of what I mean in a bit.

Not lately dammit, I'd need extra weight belts to hold me down! :(

But alas, I love stickers and patches. Just trying to think of something website based that isn't clutterred.

No it means firewa11 has to build a page to do it all, and you get to post it up for him.

I like the web page. We could always do stickers and/or patches as well, and people can do whatever they want with them. I think if we do patches they should be rockers that can line up under your FWMR patch.

Website based is good but what about on club rides...? So and so shows up and isn't on the board much but sees the female shuttle sticker or patch on you or your bike. They question you about it, you answer and direct them back to the website, they become a little more involved here and hopefully on club rides too. I don't know though. Some people probably wouldn't give 2 sh!ts about it but stickers would be cool (until you get a new bike for some reason and either transfer the stickers or get new ones).

A quick google didn't find any free hosting for this kind of thing, if this was in Microsoft SHarepoint I could have this done in 30 minutes :-)

A bike without stickers isn't really a bike.

I think there is a PHPbb module for this, wow nerds and MW3 peeps have put this stuff into their boards and its tied to the profile so it has to exist already.

Looking, problem is we are talking about extending concepts, there are frameworks and platforms out there than handle all of this and more, typically you add a forum to those, this is the opposite, talking about extending a forum to handle more than what they were bread to do, harder to find.

I thought about this the other night. Yes street bike both wheels in the air. :) I've got a 10 count or so on that. There was a "great" road in PA. :)

Most PA highways will cause you to go airborne if you are going fast enough. Their highways SUCK!!!

There's an awesome highway for catching air over on the other side of the mountains: CA-120 just west of Benton. Whoops for DAYS.

Na, this one was through a national park. Great pavement and had a nice hump bridge, first time I hit it it was a smooth take off and landing I didn't fully realize what happened. After that though everytime I hit it I hit it at speed on purpose. :D There was another nice rather steep hill that I never got airborne cause I was to affraid, pretty steap drop off after the hill. Had some sweet wheelies going down it though.

Don't forget your wheelie off the curb. That was definitely both wheels in the air! :SideSplittingLaughter:
