Sunday, April 29 - Moderate Ride

Post by DarcShadow » Tue Apr 24, 2012 8:42 am

I'll lead another ride this Sunday, hopefully more people show up this time. :((

We'll leave Sonic around 9:00am. Don't have a route planned yet, but you can plan for probably 200-250 miles, and about a 6 to 7 hour day with lunch some place.

This is open to all, beginners, two ups, goldwings, what ever.

Don't let the distance or time scare you off. We'll stop about every hour/60 miles for gas and to stretch. There will also likely be several points along the route that you can peal off and find your way home easily if need be.

chill out, we'll have saturday rides again. They are usually more prevalent then Sunday rides, just happens that Sundays are working out better for me the past few weeks.

Not sure if the kids have anything planned. They like to throw things at me at the last minute and claim that they have told me a million times before. If nothing comes up, I am in!

I keep hearing from the board that the Triumphs are pretty comfortable at the back of the pack. Can you confirm? :SideSplittingLaughter: I know, I know I can't talk...seeing what I'm riding. :)

She's gone two up with me before, but if I'm doing any RLIT activities I won't carry a passenger.

Speaking of which, I'll bump up the priority for me to get out and do this ride to get some more RLIT activities done, put me down as an IN.

Depending on what time my parents leave town I could be in, I'm gonna eff up the sport bike feel with the goldwing. HEHEHE!

It is fine with me. I will just have to ask her when I pick her up from school and get back to you with her answer :) What ride are you taking?
