We used PB Blaster on 60 year old rusted bolts on the tanks and WWII vehicles, it may need some time to penetrate. It is great stuff though.

Yeah, depending on how deep the socket is, it may need some time to penetrate, reach the locktite, and take effect.

finally got the bar ends off! , Dealer was able to get them off. They even broke a Snap-on screw driver getting second one off. Finally they got the 2nd one off with a Kobalt screw drive and a wrench!
