Who has the canopies? I'm assuming they're at Grinners. Anyone going to be out his way that could grab them and bring them to ECR? I should probably be able to if no one is going to be in the area already.

Add me to the spreadsheet for sat lvl1. I also met a first timer out there on the 8th who was a great guy and really enjoyed it. I'll give him a call to see if I can get him out there.

Dang it..... I went to register and level 2 is sold out. It didnt even say limited yesterday. I put my name on the waiting list and asked if I sould register for level 1 for now. Will see what they say.... What do yall think? Register for level 1 or wait for them to reply?

I would register for level 1 before you don't have an opportunity to ride at all. You can proly be moved to level 2 because of your speed throughout the day.

I wish I could help DD but the weight and power of your bike compared to the SV I had makes any info I have on pressures almost completely irrelevant.
Based on other literbike riders I've spoken to who use them I know they used 31 front 29 rear but thats not my personal experience. Best thing to do would be find an instructor in class who has Q2's and they'll discuss it and get the best possible starting point. Then as always, be sure to read your tires after each session.

DD, I went with the old standby of "use 30/30 and adjust" and it worked for me. My tires ended up looking just fine.

I run higher than the average bear, like 32/32, I know miles does too.

When I ran 30/29 the tires started looking bad and changing color, after I upped the pressure they appeared to be wearing better, and the only slippage I got was when the track was cold.

At ECR I was able to pin the throttle before I was stood all the way up on exit pulling the front tire up from time to time and they stuck.

yea with it being colder in the morning i'll probably start at 31/31 i know in the summer time i was running 32/32 and had the best wear and grip out of them! When i first started using q2's i was at 30/30 and they stuck really well, but they didn't wear as good.

KEEP IN MIND...you have a bigger rear tire though! My personal opinion is ask a vendor.
