Just so you know, the group ride rule is that the ride leader gets to ride the Multistrada.GregTR wrote:I think I'll be able to make it. This will be my first group ride.
(totally not serious, but I'll be feeling a little outclassed on my Versys )

Rhino, I might be able to make it if you have no one else riding tail.

Melinda is a no go, she doesnt wanna ride without me.
Random stuff I say:
Women are like square roots, if they're under 17 you just have to do them in your head.
What would you be if you were attached to another object by an incline plane, wrapped helicly around an axis?

It's intimidating until you do it, and realize its no big deal at all, and a bunch of fun.

Rhino, I apologize but I will not be able to attend ANY rides until I purchase new tires. There is NO tread left on my rear tire...it is NOT safe to ride on. Sorry. I was wanting to go. Hopefully, I will have some new tires soon.

Then I suggest you put that bottle of 151 down, take a step back, turn around, and walk away....and do NOT look back it. I don't care if it is calling your name. Don't listen (until next weekend)!!!!!!dufremle wrote:I may be for one of the rides. I'll know for sure tomorrow.

Sorry to hear that, but I guess that means tail is open now? If so, I'll take it for my RLIT if Rhino still has it openTelomere wrote:Rhino, I apologize but I will not be able to attend ANY rides until I purchase new tires. We're all meeting at the same place at the same time, so I'll take whoever is available. Diabro gets first crack at it unless Telomere pulls out something.

Ummm...yeah, well, that is a negative. I can't pull some BT003RS's out of a hat. I wish I could. I wish my rear tire had more tread. I guess riding it to Denton this week wore off the last of what was left on it. I hope to have some new tires soon...not sure about how soon since the money isn't coming in like it used to (before I started going to school full time)!!Rhino wrote:We're all meeting at the same place at the same time, so I'll take whoever is available. Re: Beginner ride - Sunday Sept 9th - beginners only
Is there away to get an afternoon ride during the week? I go back to Shreveport on the weekends to spend time with the kiddos. I'm usually ready to roll by 6pm. I go out by myself mon-Thursday with no objective but to ride till right before dark or a ill after.
