Moderate Club Ride, Tuesday, August 20 DEPARTURE TIME CHANGE

Meetup, the sonic off of Clifford, KSU at 1:00 pm. If you plan on eating lunch, show up earlier.

This is a Moderate ride and our destination is PIE!!!!!

Dress for weather but still wear gear!!! Since I will be in Richardson for a Dr. appointment, keep an eye on this thread because this doctor is known to take his time with his patients (although my apt is at 10:15am, I may not see him until 11:30am). If I estimate that I will be late for the 1pm departure, I will post up so y'all know that it is not canceled...just a little delayed. The route is still going to be the same but this may be a dinner/dessert stop instead of lunch.

PT seems to be working and it feels better when those muscles/tendons (whatever it is) are used and I think leaning over the bike will sort of stretch them.

Absolutely, Moderate rides are great for people new to our group or group riding in general, they are not fast paced. Come to our moderates so we can get to know each other and faster opportunities will pop up

ask the other ride leaders/staff and get their opinion on it. If they are OK with it, then I am too.
