Beginner Ride - SUNDAY Sept 22

Post by Rhino » Fri Sep 06, 2013 1:22 pm

UPDATE - Ride moved to SUNDAY, breakfast plans changed

Sorry for the shorter notice, I just checked my calendar and realized this is my last weekend I can lead a ride until December.

Beginner rides are for new riders, riders who haven't done group riding before, or riders who want to ride with FWMR at a nice easy pace. If you feel like a Moderate ride might be too fast for your comfort level, this is the ride you want to attend. Speeds stay at legal limits, no corners are taken too fast, and we ride at the pace of the slowest person. Nobody gets left behind, and nobody gets pushed to their limits.

This ride will leave from the Sonic in White Settlement. Pre-ride brief is at 8am, with the ride to depart immediately after.

Please show up in full gear (jacket, long pants, boots, gloves, and helmet) with a full gas tank ready to ride.

We'll be heading up to Eagle's Canyon Raceway to check out the RideSmart track day happening up there.

Looks like we're going to have awesome weather for this ride.

For you guys who want to go quicker, Fixxer has offered to lead a parallel moderate, so club members go ahead and show up if you want to ride. You don't have to stay at beginner pace. :D

Well hell. After an hour and a half of searching high and low for my spectacles I do not think that I will be making this ride.

They get craploads! I do not even remember the last time that something got chewed up. Maybe Ashlie's hat like 3 years ago. So why in the hell did they have to pick my phucking glasses of all things?!
