camping Stuff Needed

bring enough food for you and your family but we usually like to pitch in and get extra for everyone.

It is a three day weekend and we will need mass supplies.
Post up what you are bringing and what we need.

Here is a start to the list -

beer Bong - ???
Water - Jim
BBQ - me
Firewood - ???
Charcoal - ???
Tables - me and ???
canopy - me and ???
beer - Club payed for; until no funds remain
hamburgers - Matt
Hot Dogs
Buns (Burger and hotdog) -

Something to project onto - ???
Lawn furnature - ???
Plates, cups, utensils - Matt
What else??

something to project onto...

A white sheet rigged up between a few trees should work for this (I do not have any white sheets but they should not be expensive).

Other wise, if you think you need something more, I have a freestanding ~100in screen (if you go this route I would need confimation that it would be well taken care of).

We'll be bringing two big tables, a few chairs (have to buy them), a football, and a deck of cards. And of course I'll be bringing my fishing tackle.

As far as consumables, we'll be bringing food for Saturday morning, in the form of breakfast burritos. We'll get enough food for 25-30 (hungry) people... Eggs, Sausage, & Tortillas. Stuff to add to it ew'll bring shredded cheese and salsa. If you want anything else I suggest you bring it!

We'll also pick up stuff to make smores, including marshmallow pokers.

And of course, I'm planning on grabbing at least one big bottle of crown, and cokes to go along with it.

Someone (DarcShadow) should probably bring chips in case we play poker.

I have the dice game called LCR I will bring. I think I will pick up more chairs also.

Also, if you plan to watch movies, you might want to think about what would be needed for the audio. That is, unless you plan to narrate it like a Mystery Science Theatre showing.

Don how many eggs are you guys bringing? I can buy 5 1/2 dozen eggs down this way cheap? I will have a gas grill with a big skillet to cook on. we are also going to bring sandwich fixings some softdrinks. We are going to bring a few chairs also. I will bring some girly drinks also and my bottle of crown and maybe another.

We do not have power at the new sites. The original sites had power. Jeff has a generator we are bringing…I think and another generator might be good.

I posted similar maps a week ago and they are in the original post which I keep updated.

I will include your map there.

ok We will bring the eggs, some sandwich fixin's and few chairs. I will have a propane cooker and a skillet to cook breakfast on and anything else I can think of grabing. That might come in handy.
