Duc>GS>KTM.
I looked at the KTM for adventure and for me the GS won out, the GSA is not the best offroad machine and it's not the best street machine but it's the closest thing to the middle I could find, a lot of the others seam to be more oriented one way or the other.

For the record, the R9T is cool. Maybe not the folks who ride them, but the bikes sure are.
