Intermediate Sat Sept 16th
Intermediate Sat Sept 16th
Meetup: PM ME FOR MEETUP, IT IS NOT SONIC!
Kick stands up: Whenever we are done eating, no rush or schedule
Ride Leader: Fixxervi6
Meetup time:Lets get together for breakfast about ~8:15 am, we'll eat some wholesome food and head out when everyone is ready to roll.
This will be an intermediate pace ride. The pace on the country roads is what we call spirited and has a tendency to remain above posted speeds. On an Intermediate ride the ride leader will keep an eye on the group but is also focused on riding his/her own ride. Intermediate rides the riders are expected to be comfortable riding with the group and have good self control, allowing the ride leader to "relax" a bit.
Please be dressed appropriately: full face helmet, zip together mesh at a minimum (leathers recommended), appropriate motorcycle boots and gloves. Jeans are not appropriate protection for intermediate rides.
The route has been selectedd I just have to old school print it up to tape to my gas tank as I doubt I'll have my GPS up and running by this weekend. There will be food on this route, some good burgers. No newbies, no sub 600cc engines PM me for meetup as I am not going to post the location publicly and I ask everyone that goes to not share the meetup location I want to control who attends the ride so I can set and meet proper expectations around pace. The last few intermediates I tried to post turned into moderates due to first timers showing up. This is an open club ride so if your interested do not hesitate to go.
Lunch will be a late lunch so if you don't eat breakfast with us at least grab food before you come meet us, SHOW UP WITH A FULL TANK

Great ride! Love that Beacon Cafe, Telomere you got credit for the original discovery. Harleys are known for being loud, so did they hear us coming up on their left? Not sure how they felt about being left like that, but none us will lose any sleep over it I'm sure. Nothing like that one "powder coated" corner to reinforce the true meaning and emphasis of "Oh FU@$!!!" Thank you, Rick! Jim thanks for sweeping and Sam thank you for lunch!

Yea I thought about it for a moment, I was like, do I poke behind these guys or pass. I figured none of them were going to fly out into the left lane so why the hell not so I went for it.Tooner wrote:Great ride! Best moment of the day! Is there a stock exhaust that sounds better than the RSV4?fixxervi6 wrote:Yea I thought about it for a moment, I was like, do I poke behind these guys or pass. I think this one will last a few more miles than the last one. Maybe to 20 or 30,000 miles.
