MotoGP @ Circuit of the Americas April 10-12

Post by JTChiTown » Thu Dec 04, 2014 9:44 pm

So tickets are now available. Me and my neighbor go every year, and one of my buddies sometimes flys into town to catch the race.

I'm going down - if anyone wants to join up - let me know. We can do a group buy and all sit as a group - but you'll have to pay first since I don't know where any of you live.....

I plan on buying tickets this weekend.

We always sit in Turn 15, and will get seats in either the higher $169 price or the $189 price, depending on which section. We always try to sit as close to the turn as possible. Looks like good availability still in sections 13-14-15. Always shoot for end seats as well so we're not tripping over fools to get in and out.

If you ride down, the parking on-track is free. We'll be driving, as my neighbor is lame and sold his 600rr....

Any interest - let me know.
Jeff

This is coming up in two weeks. Who all is planning on going? I'm working on finalizing my plans. I'll be riding down Thursday or Friday, and returning on Monday.

Yeah, that surprised me. That would be a cool experience.

I'm heading down on thursday with my bike on the trailer. Ridesmart is providing control riders for the parade lap, and I'll be working at the Ridesmart vendor booth as well. Its going to be a busy weekend.

Unless something crazy happens, I wont be going this year. My house just hit the market yesterday, and my neighbors will hit next friday. I've already received 1 very good offer, so I'm about 35 days from not having a place to live. Between all the packing and moving I'll doubt I'll have time to blow a weekend on this.
