whoops, sorry....the first 75bikes were produced in the United Kingdom, the final 75 were assembled in Malaysia

It is not an Aprilia. It's not Italian at all... however, the exhaust is somewhat reminiscent of a Ducati 999.

It came in yellow, but not exclusively
Twin cylinder engine
Exhaust reminiscent of the Ducati 999's.
Need more hints? How about... it has a single-sided swingarm.
