I guess I've got to be Matt's number three since 84 isn't riding on the street any longer and 77 doesn't have a bike

Well it would be more comfortable than the back seat of the 675 or the slew of 600s. Let me think on it.Stardog82 wrote:Jawn, you and I can just ride two up until yours is fixed

Re: After Thanksgiving Ride - Sat. Nov. 24th - Moderate
Yes I want a crotch rocket, or if you prefer a "super sport motorcycle". Until then I don't know. Maybe I will see how cheaply I can bend this 900 back in to riding shape so that I can sell it when the weather gets nice.Telomere wrote:Well, that does seem to be a problem. BUT there is a 500 around somewhere and that yellow banana runs too (that is in my garage). On the other hand, I heard you were wanting a "crotch-rocket" instead a cruiser. Is that true? Riding season will be done as soon as it gets too cold so you have some time to either fix up the white beauty or get a different one. Ask Santa for one for Christmas.Stardog84 wrote:I am not discouraged from riding, though I do not currently have a bike.
EDIT: And if you had seen it you would no longer be calling it the "White Beauty".

Hey there is an oldWing and a couple of connies you could jump on the back of. I hear they are pretty comfy on the back seat.

Already asked, they said it would be cool except that they don't date fat chicks. And even on a Wing or a Connie I would find a way to put to much weight on their wrists.WillK675 wrote:Hey there is an oldWing and a couple of connies you could jump on the back of. I do so have a bike, you weiner. It's just that the two of you are doing an extremely poor job of convincing me that riding a motorcycle is a good idea.Stardog82 wrote:I guess I've got to be Matt's number three since 84 isn't riding on the street any longer and 77 doesn't have a bike

At what point did "good idea" become a requirement for any of your fun and leisure activities?

You know I hate to say it but so far my experiences with it so far have not really been all that bad... But I reckon I probably have a lot more of them to learn on.Grinner wrote:I was just thinkin of how dirty, nasty, fun, and HILARIOUS it is learning to fall from a motorcyle!

This is true. I do love motorcycle gear. In fact when I get on without my gear on (like going to get gas at MSR) I would swear that the bike doesn't handle worth a damn. I have no idea how people get on the highway like that.fixxervi6 wrote:
