Dampers

Post by Stardog » Fri Feb 22, 2013 10:08 pm

OK, so I have decided to put an aftermarket damper on my bike for street and track. Not that there are all that many to choose from, but what makes one better than the other? The bike is an '04 GSXR 600.

GPR and Scott's seem to be popular.

Agreed. I believe GPR is easier to transfer to another bike, but Scott's is easier to rebuild. Don't quote me

What the hell are you doing up at this hour? Isn't it like 6 hours past your bed time?

I tried to get a hyper pro for it's progressive damping, but it was back ordered for a year before I finally got a refund.
