How do you like that CBR250 so far?

I like it a lot. FI, with ABS, for $4700 OTD new. And like upper 60s in mpg riding it really hard. Light and maneuverable with nice ergonomics. Very good build quality and fit for a Thai built. Kind of susceptible to wind gusts but not too bad, wind protection just ok, but I hate the look of aftermarket screens. Kind of buzzy in the upper revs, but not real bad. Plenty fast enough for highways (top speed low 90's), or to die on, or get a ticket on, but not so fast the power catches you out of balance. Dealer support sucks. Maintenance costs all over the place depending on the dealer.

I'm going to keep it for a couple of years, or so, to learn to ride really well on, then sell it and get a CBR500R ABS when the prices chill out some. I don't plan on upgrading past that, but intend on staying on 2 wheels as much as I can.

Actual. While the European, Australian and SE Asia speedometers seem to read about 10% optimistic, the US versions as checked by GPS seem to be spot on. That top speed was also listed in one of the American motorcycle magazines. Ninja250s are slightly faster supposedly.
Yes it is a single and fuel injected, with ABS.
