I'm looking for a job after recently been laid off so if anyone knows of something please let me know. I'm looking for help desk/computer support type position and I have 20 years experience.

If you are looking to branch out a bit, look into working for a dealership as a BDC Operator or Manager. (BDC - business development center)

The job is basically talking to customers all day, logging information, setting appointments, etc. Dealers are struggling to find people with good phone skills and eagerness to work, so if that sounds like something up your alley, start looking into that route. Lots of stores looking right now too.

Another thing to think about if your willing to expand your search some is Sport Bike Track Gear and Motorcycle Superstore. Both are looking for people and seeing that both of them do mainly online and phone sales and such they might be looking for someone just like YOU! Either way good luck brother I hope you find something. I have other ideas but they are way different than what your looking for.
