Pickup Kickball game, Wed, May 20th

Live or work on the West Side of town and tired of driving to Gateway Park each Tuesday?
Missing out on your softball league because they play on Tuesdays?
Need a second weekly fix of kickball?
TX West Side is here to solve all your problems! This is NOT a replacement for TX Storm, it's an addition to the WAKA family. Don't feel bad about switching to the new division (or adding it to your schedule!) if it works better for your life.
TX West Side Registration Details:
Where: Veteran's Park, 8901 Clifford St, White Settlement
When: Wednesday 6:30 - 9 pm, May 27th - July 29th
Who: Men and Women, 21+
Sponsor Bar: Spencer's Corner, 6861-C Green Oaks, Fort Worth
Pick-Up Game: May 20th, 7 pm, Veteran's Park. FREE FOR EVERYONE!
You may currently join as an independent player and wait to be placed on a team or start a Friend Group and invite people via a kickball.com-email. Whether you decide to join alone, with a friend or five, or 20 of your closest, we have a spot for you on TX West Side!

(Note that "Register on a Team" option is not currently available. Friend Groups will be upgraded to Teams once they have 10 registered players.)

This is a new division, not the one a couple of us already play on. Dont know if we are going to get another team together for this division or not, but if you want to play a pickup game and see if you enjoy it or not, here it is. The division bar is NICE! Nice pool tables, darts, and $1 wells and domestics until 8pm, $2 wells and domestics after that.

Score! I'll at least be there for the pickup game. Don't know about doing it every week, as wednesday is normally climbing gym night. Who else wants to come out and have fun?

I'm down for a pickup game. Don't know that I could do a season or anything like that. Pending I don't get stuck at work tomorrow, (vendor will be here running cable) I'll see you guys at the park.

I just spoke with Jasun (our regional rep) and the game will actually be next Wednesday May 27th. There was apparetly a misprint in the email that was sent to all on the email roster.

I apologize for any confusion this may have caused!!!

Why did they not send notification to everyone they sent it to before? Sounds like dumb planning.

Sorry for the late post but I was just informed that the pickup game has been moved to next Wed (June 3rd) because of field rainouts being pused to today!

I appologize sincerely for any inconvienence and frustration this has caused. To make you feel better, I give everyone permission to give the div rep (Meghan) as much $H!T over this as you would like being that communication was not handled very well!!!
