Nope, seems to be holding just fine. I'd like to swing by a shop and have them pressure test it just to be sure, but I brought it up to temp in the garage and revved her up to the rev limiter repeatedly, no leaks. I'm pretty sure it's fixed.

Just keep an eye on it. Repeated hot/cold cycles may cause it to fail. If it survives several cycles then it should be good to go.

Yeah, that's my only concern as well, but according to JB Weld's website the strength of the stuff should not allow it to expand or contract. My concern is if the adhesion to the aluminum isn't that great, it might fail. If it does, I'll take it in to have someone TIG weld it for me. Heck one little bead will patch it.

After I bent my radiator the first time I slid through the grass, someone reminded me to just carry a batch of the quick dry in the trunk in case it started leaking. I have also heard all kinds of crazy stories about the uses for JB Weld so I don't think you will have a problem.

JB Weld isn't supposed to expand or contract, but aluminum does. So if the bond between the JB Weld and the aluminum isn't strong enough it could leak again. If the bond is strong enough, there is a possibility that a weaker part of the radiator near the fix could crack and start leaking. I doubt there will be any problems but it's better to keep an eye on it before you trust it on a long ride.

All I have to say is I had a tech that worked for me in VA. He used jb to fix a blown speaker and after it dried he put that speaker back in the box and had the thing blasting. Im not talking about your little speaker either it was a 12. Last I heard he still has the stupid thing and it is working great. Dont think you will have a problem with the flexing.
