Russ Martin Ride

Post by Edmond_Dantes » Fri Nov 03, 2006 10:17 am

I dont know how many of you listen to talk radio, but Russ Martin is a local guy (105.3) who supports police and fire big time. He is having a ride on the 11th. Helps family of fallen cops and firemen. He said all are welcome, not just harleys. I will be there on my Concours.

Russ is a good guy and if you don't listen, we should try to put something together for his ride. There will be LOTS of HD's involved, but we don't care, right? I'll pay more attention in next few days and see what's going on.

I think it would be pretty cool thing to do. I hope I can get my tire fixed by this weekend. If not I may have to find a bike to borrow for the ride.

I'll start getting the Bird ready for the road. I'll do it. It's a good cause and it should be fun, but I'll have to head home before all the good stuff at Sneaky Pete's... Birthday dinner party that night.

There is also a Honda demo day on Nov. 11th. You know, you get to ride a bunch of different bikes for free and see which one wheelies the best

Here is the link:

Just a suggestion, I would be ok with either one. I was also thinking of doing a ride, but there seems to be too many things to choose from this weekend.

The russ martin ride doesn't have to be a all day event. We could do some of the ride of russ martin and then head over to the honda demo day for the later part of the day.
