Gotta love North Korea...

Post by LonestarCBR » Fri Dec 20, 2013 6:59 am

From the MSN page: North Korea has sent a fax to South Korea threatening to attack “without notice”

I can see it now, NK sends a scud over, SK goes "WTF?".
NK says we sent you a fax telling you it's coming. :HeadScratch:
SK says, dammit, the paper tray was empty. :-o
NK says, "oops, sorry", we'll follow-up with an email next time, our bad. :ar15:

Sounds like our purchasing department and vendors. :SideSplittingLaughter:

A fax! Lol

I hate to admit it, but we still use our fax regularly at work.

The thing is, we have everything to sign and send by email. I just like getting up to go to the fax.

But seriously on that loading tray...never let it get empty, never!

honestly though, it's by far the easiest way to send a physically signed copy of something. Scanning a document in and emailing it from work is so much hassle it's almost not worth it.

Ours you have to find one that is working, log into it via a crappy touch screen with the worlds slowest connection, then enter an email address. And since its an unusual looking from address you typically send it to yourself then go back to your computer and send it on to who ever you really wanted to send it to. Mush easier and faster to send a fax.

I find it easier to sign, scan and email versus walk to the fax and wait, but then again I'm not checking out the chicks between my desk and the fax like Miles either.

Can you see into the gym window or the entrance from the fax machine?

Not really, but if I scoot over to the door I can see through their window that connects with our building. Sad part is the light reflects on the window and I can see in from where I am standing :(

It may be time to take "peeping tom" to the next level...video surveillance. You can have a monitor right at your desk.
