Probably not, besides Friday is cheaper, and not as crowded, last year I played the same machine several games in a row and only stopped because I wanted to see what else was around.

The only problem with friday is you will miss out of a few machines that haven't quite made it there yet. Let me know if you change your mind, i'm going saturday with my old boss & a guy from work

Yeah, you might miss out on a few, but all the big name machines are usually there, and the lines to play them are much much shorter. Vendors not being setup is the biggest thing I noticed last year, but that's only an issue if you're looking to buy something which I wasn't.

Did you talk to the P3? guys. They had 2 machines there that pretty much an all glass playfield. The base machine and first game was around $10,000. But then you could swap out the playfield at the top and load new software in about a min. and have a whole new game. Granted the new game is still going to cost you around $1,500 but a neat idea none the less.

nah i didn't, didn't even play them. I still have a lot of fun on "computer" pinball, but it's just nowhere near the same.

The big lebowski machine was outstanding, clearly a show stopper on quality & playability. The hobbit was another one that was a really quality machine, but not as good as the wizard of oz. Talked with jersey jack himself, pretty cool guy.

I reconfirmed that theater of magic is my favorite machine with twilight zone being a close first place. Only thing i didn't play that i really really wanted to was iron man. I remember playing that machine last year and having an absolute blast on it.

All in all this was clearly the best year yet. Oddly enough the best run i had was on the big lebowski machine. The first two balls i drained, but i'm pretty sure people were getting mad at me with the third one because i had such a good run.

I watched a bit of the action, which was pretty cool. I even saw a machine go for $10000. From the little i know it looked like the market may be going down on the machines again, let's hope

I played iron man non stop for about 30 min to an hour I think. The one next to the wizard of ox machine, no one was interested in it from about 11:30 till close.

I think my favorite of them was twilight zone. I had fun on the Start Trek TNG machine as well. It has some pretty cool features, as well as being able to select different game modes, was nice. Needless to say, after that... I want a pinball machine. DS when is the next pinball tourney at your place?

Would love to do that some time. Finding the time though is a whole different story.
